Adhere to rank-based floor allocation. Occupants must keep rooms tidy; housekeeping will perform regular cleaning.

Residents are kindly requested to avoid disputes with staff members. Any grievances or concerns should be entered in the Complaint Register at reception or brought to the attention of the Mess Secretary.

Vests or nightwear are restricted to private quarters. Neat attire is mandatory in common areas.
Security & Guests
Prior approval is mandatory for all visitors.

Accountability
Hosts are accountable for guest conduct. Valid ID and reception registration are non-negotiable.

Safety
Fire exits must remain unobstructed. Parking is restricted to designated areas only.
Discipline & Shared Spaces
Alcohol, smoking, narcotics, and gambling are prohibited. Littering in corridors or lawns is forbidden.
Use dining, gym, and lawns responsibly during notified hours. Do not monopolize facilities.

Protecting infrastructure and ensuring administrative closure.
Tampering with systems is prohibited. Costs for damage to fittings will be recovered from the officer.
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. A No Dues Certificate is mandatory for departing members; all mess and facility bills must be cleared before room release.

Eligibility Disclaimer

Refund & Bookings
Non-officer bookings are non-refundable. Officers must give 72h notice.
Infrastructure Redressal
Damage costs are recovered from the guest. The Committee ensures grievance redressal.
